I had the pleasure of taking part in a culinary expedition in June this year and the opinion on my part is mainly directed to people who are travelling alone and have a head full of worries. Don't worry, you will be taken care of at 100% ❤️

I took advantage of a cooking expedition organised by tourbyKote and from start to finish I felt like I was visiting family in Georgia - not like a tourist, but like an eagerly awaited guest.
The food was absolutely delicious: chinkali, khachapuri, local cheeses, herbs... Plus wines from local winemakers. Each dinner was a separate culinary feast.
We also did a lot of sightseeing: there was a cave, a canyon, mountains, local villages and vineyards. The programme is well thought out: intensive but not tiring. Georgia impresses with its nature, hospitality and authenticity.
Special thanks to Kote, Karo and Lasha (Lasha? sorry, I don't know how to spell it correctly 😉 ) who were with us throughout. Great organisation and lots of warmth and hospitality. It really felt like they cared about us. They all speak very good Polish, so no need to stress about the language.
I wholeheartedly recommend it! Personally, I will definitely be back again sometime.

The trip to Georgia with the ToursByKote team and Karolina as our guide was a wonderful experience. The way the country was shown to us, its culture, traditions and above all the landscapes and mountains made us return there for sure. Organisation 10/10, flexibility and adaptation to the group, a lot of leeway, laughter, wine, chacha, delicious food and wonderful people. Georgia, presented by Kote and Karolina, turned out to be an amazing country. We started with a trip over the passes to Vardzia, where we had a campsite by the river, a campfire and a Caucasian sheepdog guarding us all night, as it turned out rightly, as he chased away some wild animals with his friends in the morning. We then set off in the direction of Zekari Window, where we also spent a great night and took a lot of photos, including of wild horses, which are not to be found in the photographs of our trips to the Alps. Next stop, after a short break in Kutaisi to sleep and shower, we set off for Ushghuli where we were greeted by outstandingly good weather and a cloudless view of the Schara massif (~5200m.a.s.l.). 2 nights at this altitude, a horse ride and a trek to the glacier made the mind forget long ago what Excel, work and bills are ;p we finished the trip with a trip to Batumi and on the way back to Kutaisi we stopped by the sea to just chill out, have a beer and capture an exceptionally nice sunset with a drone. I recommend wholeheartedly to anyone hesitating to choose this company's offer. Luke.

OTHER ME Women's trip to Georgia
I would highly recommend ToursByKote. We took advantage of the Zekari Pass tour which was really great. The picnic at the hut deserves special praise - such delicious food combined with a beautiful view we will certainly remember for a long time 🙂 The contact itself before our arrival was also flawless - answers to emails came very quickly, and during the tour everything went as agreed in advance. I sincerely recommend it, and when we return to Georgia, we will definitely use it again!!! 🙂
Hi, let me start by saying that I am in love with Georgia up to my ears! A lot of the credit for this goes to the absolutely fantastic and irreplaceable ToursByKote team! They discover Georgia for their guests on many levels. They showcase stunning sights, taking you to breathtaking places still inaccessible to mass tourism. Their expeditions are really a grand adventure that takes place in the mountains of the Caucasus, Adjaria, the Black Sea, the malachite and fairytale meadows of Svaneti. It is an expedition through Kakheti, dotted with waterfalls, canyons and vineyards, and the vast underground of the Prometheus Cave.
It is also a journey through a centuries-old, difficult and complex, interesting history steeped in legends. It is a journey through architecture, paintings and cultural heritage. An expedition with ToursByKote is to get to know Georgia also through the sense of taste! Oh, this is a must experience! The cuisine of Marina Dumbadze in upper Adjara I will never forget! In a short period of time, in the middle of winter, in the fairytale scenery of the high mountains, Marina conjured up a dozen fantastic dishes and flavours for us. Supra and the delicacies prepared by Roso are also unforgettable - as is Lasha's wine! It is a truly divine drink! Be sure to try the cha-cha too! I also remember the hospitality and the wonders conjured up by Zura and Natia.
But what I value ToursByKote most for is the opportunity to meet the people of Georgia in their home. The hosts always have time for their guests, they share their daily life - completely different from mine. These are encounters that have stayed with me forever.
Georgia is a fairytale land, beautiful, picturesque, still untrodden and mysterious. I recommend it both in the warm months and in winter. It is always beautiful and has plenty to offer.
An expedition with ToursByKote is always an unforgettable adventure, full of sensations, taste, stories, adrenaline. It is a journey through the beauty of nature, centuries-old history, culture and cuisine! It is a journey that is always safe!
