You will visit the iconic sights of eastern Georgia! You will visit the "cradle" of Mtkvari-Araksi culture. You will learn many fascinating stories and legends about the places you visit. You will travel through the amazing mountainous areas around Kazbegi, the Georgian steppes, the colourful hills by the village of Udabno, or the rocky towns.
The tour is organised with or without a Polish-speaking guide.

Uplisciche rock town
Day 1 - In the footsteps of ancient Georgia.
-Start from Tbilisi
-Monaster Jvari erected on a hill on the site of the cross erected by Saint Nino.
–Samtawisi Cathedral. A cathedral that is among the five most important cathedrals in Georgia.
-City of Gori. Those wishing will be able to see the armoured train and the house where Stalin was born.
-The rock city of Upliscichewhich dates back over 3000 years! You will pass through rock-cut chambers, corridors.
-Mtskheta, the former capital of Georgia, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. At the heart of the city is the Sveti Tsakhoveli Cathedral, which dates back to the 11th century.
In Mtsheta, we will stop for a meal at an iconic restaurant where we recommend eating khinkali or traditional lobio!
-Return to Tbilisi
Day 2 - Expedition to the High Caucasus!
We will set off along the scenic route known as the War Road.
- You will visit Ananuri Fortress at the Zhinvali Reservoir.
- We will be staying in resort, at the viewpoint.
- We will take a commemorative photo at the highest point, the Krzyżowa Pass (2379 m). Continuing on, we will see orange mineral springs on the slopes.
- W Kazbegi You will change to off-road vehicles, which will take you to the Cminda Sameba - A 14th-century monastery located at an altitude of 2,170 metres. It was here that the precious treasures of kings and relics of saints were stored during wars. if the weather is good, you will have the opportunity to admire the majestic glacier peak of Kazbek, which is 5055 metres above sea level.
- After returning to Kazbegi, there will be time for a meal. We can take you to the Rooms Hotel restaurant, where a fabulous view of Kazbek and the monastery awaits.
- In the evening we will return to Tbilisi.
Cminda Sameba
Truso Valley
*Additionally, during the season from June to October, it is worth staying overnight in Kazbegi and go trekking the next day on Truso Valley. The route is easy, it's about 20 km round trip and takes 5-6 hours.
After the trek, we will return to Tbilisi.

Day 3 - Georgia's colourful steppes and the largest grape fields in Georgia!
- We will travel to the Georgian steppes and colourful hills. We will visit a historic monastery Dawit Garedja, carved out of rock dating back to the 6th century. This unique site lies right on the border with Azerbaijan.
- We will be staying in a village Udabno, for lunch at the iconic Oasis Club venue. The village was created as a result of the exile here of residents from the Svaneti region lying in the High Caucasus during Soviet times.
- We will cross steppes that gradually turn into boundless grape fields. The Kakheti region is famous for its largest area of grape plantations.
On the way to Dawit Garedja
Signagi
We will visit the monastery complex Bodbe monasterywhich houses the relics of Saint Nino. The monastery is located on the slope of the Alazani river valley.
- We will stop in the town of Signagiknown as the town of love. A defensive wall was built around the town in the 18th century; today it remains in fragments. The town has been extensively renovated
and renovated. Kakheti is often referred to as the Georgian Tuscany which is well seen in Sighnaghi. There will be free time in the town for a walk, a meal.
- In the evening we will return to Tbilisi.
*Additionally, it is worth staying overnight in Sighnaghi and The following day, go wine tasting at the Khareba tunnel vineyard in Kvarela and to visit the Alawerdi Monastery located 20km from Telavi.

- From Kutaisi, it is also possible to participate in this expedition. It takes an additional two days to reach Tbilisi and return to Kutaisi.
- A day to drive from Kutaisi to Tbilisi. On the way we visit the town of Chiatura and Katskhi Pillar.
- A day to return from Tbilisi to Kutaisi. On the way we will visit Tsalka Canyon and Dashbashi waterfall.

- We can adjust the order of excursions according to the weather.
- From Kutaisi, it is also possible to take this trip. It takes an additional two days to reach Tbilisi and return to Kutaisi.
