Tour of the wondrous places of western Georgia
A round trip with comfortable cars, for those who want to see and get to know the western part of Georgia, the highest peaks of the Caucasus, unique Svaneti with Mestia and the village of Ushguli. Spend two days at the the Black Sea, visit Prometheus Cave, canyons and waterfalls in the Megrelia region. Taste the best local dishes. Learn about the history of wine and try local types during a visit to a bio winemaker.
During this tour:
- We will visit the city Kutaisi, whose history goes back 4000 years. Bagrati Cathedral, the famous Kolchida fountain, Gelati and Motsameta monastery complexes.
- On the way to Svaneti we will see the Enguri Dam, currently the 6th largest dam in the world!
- We will check in to the capital of Svaneti - Mestia..
- We will go on a jeep tour to Ushguli – the highest village in Europe, inhabited all year round..
- We will stand at the base of the highest mountain of Georgia Shkhara 5193 m above sea level.

- We will see for ourselves the phenomenon of Batumi architecture and try delicious Adjara cuisine.
- We will walk through the botanical garden promenade in Batumi.

- We visit the amazing Prometheus Cave
- We will see the picturesque Martvili Canyon and Balda o the Kaghu Waterfall..
- We will walk on platforms suspended above Okatse Canyon.
- We will stand in front of the Kinchkha Kinchkha measuring as much as 70 metres!
- We will taste Megrelian cuisineand try region's characteristic elarji cheese..
