On the day of our birth we are greeted with a toast, and when we leave our relatives, friends carry us out with a raised glass of wine as well. Wine in Georgia is not only 8,000 years of tradition. We are the homeland of wine, as we research deeper into the history of this beverage and the grape tree we know there will be more to these years.

Georgia's capital, Tbilisi. We will stroll through its atmospheric streets. You will see the old part of the city, its monuments, the monument of Mother of Georgia, Narikala fortress, Georgian baths, famous clock tower Rezo Gabriadze. You will learn about the history and legends of the city whose origins date back to the 4th century. Tastings of unique collections of Georgian wines made in kvevri in the best tasting rooms are waiting for you. In exceptional restaurants you will get to know the flavors of regional dishes. Accommodation will be in an iconic hotel overlooking the old town of Tbilisi. The culmination of your stay in the capital will be a visit to an atmospheric winery, which will enchant you with its dishes and wines. Several tons of wine are produced here in kvevri, which are located on the 8th floor of the block! There will of course be regional songs and live music!
The history of ancient Georgian cities presented at the exhibition "Gold Treasure of Georgia" at the National Museum in Tbilisi, where we will see works of Georgian goldsmith masters. Theoldest exhibits date back to the 8th century BC. Gold, hand-made jewelry from that period is impossible to forge and reproduce nowadays.
Kakheti, which will captivate you with its beautiful landscapes of grape fields. We will visit the Khareba winery. We will see the famous city of love - Sighnaghi, the monastery complex with Bodbe monastery, which contains tomb of Saint Nino and the beautiful Alaverdi Cathedral from the 11th century. We will stay with a very nice family in the village of Manavi. Here we will taste homemade red wine kindzmarauli and white manavi green, try our hand at making churcheli (Georgian sweet delicacy). All this will be accompanied by supra with Kakheti traditional shashliks, cheeses and more. We guarantee that you will feel at home here!

In the unique micro-zone of Tsinandali we will visit the museum of Alexander Chavchavadze Chavchavadze (Georgian aristocrat, poet, military activist). He is also called "the father of Georgian Romanticism". We will stay overnight in a charming hotel overlooking the Caucasus mountains and grape fields.
Udabno, or the Georgian desert. Here you can relax among the colorful desert steppes. We guarantee a break from the busy world. Silence, peace and boundless spaces. You will see the David Gareja Monastery from the 6th century, a salt lake in the middle of the steppes, hills shimmering with different colors, and all this is close to the border with Azerbaijan. For the night we will go to climatic glamping houses. In the evening we will enjoy a performance by a local folk band. We will learn about their folklore, singing and dancing. Why is there folklore in Udabno? We will tell you everything on the spot!

Information:

We start and end our Wine Tour in Kutaisi.
The minimum number of people 4 is and the maximum is 18/20.
We speak Polish, English, German, Russian and of course Georgian.
In monasteries it is obligatory to wear proper clothing - a headscarf for ladies, covered legs, men - long pants. In most monasteries scarves are available on site.
