We start the tour in Kutaisi. We will pick you up from the airport/hotel and start the tour. Our first destination will be the Sataplia Nature Reserve ..
Sataplia Nature Reserve is located not far from Kutaisi. It takes its name from Mount Sataplii, whose name in turn derives from the old Georgian tradition of collecting honey of the wild bees that inhabit the small caves and burrows here. The reserve was established in 1935 to protect the geological, palaeontological, speleological and botanical natural monuments in the area.
It was discovered here to Up to 200 tracks of of predatory and herbivorous dinosaurs have been discovered here, imprinted on the limestone rocks. When visiting the reserve, you can enter the 900 m long, 12 m wide and 10 m high Sataplia Cave. There are hiking trails after a unique Kolkhida forest.
These lead to glass viewing platforms from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

Canyon Okatse
Then we will drive to Okatse Canyon, which is located in the Saciskwilo River valley , inthe village of Zeda Gordi. Its length is about 2 kilometers and its depth ranges from 20 to even 100 meters! From the main entrance it is possible to get to the platforms on foot (about 30 minutes by foot) or by off-road vehicle with a local driver. The kilometer-long platform is suspended on the edge of the canyon and allows visitors to admire the place from an amazing perspective.
Another point is Kinchkha Waterfall. This is one of the highest waterfalls in Georgia with recently built high-quality tourist infrastructure - stairs, paths offer great views of the entire surroundings.
A meal break is then planned. We suggest you to buy food in the market and eat as a picnic or go to a restaurant. Our drivers will always advise you where to eat delicious regional dishes.
Return to Kutaisi around 19:00.
